Automotive \u00e4r ett omr\u00e5de inom Pritec som \u00e4r under snabb tillv\u00e4xt. H\u00e4r finns oftast inga standardprodukter, utan allt skr\u00e4ddarsys utifr\u00e5n kundens behov. \u2013 D\u00e4rf\u00f6r arbetar vi ocks\u00e5 n\u00e4ra kunden i nya projekt och \u00e4r med fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan. Vi har en avdelning med konstrukt\u00f6rer som ritar l\u00f6s-ningar utifr\u00e5n hur kundens produktionslinje ser ut. H\u00e4r kan vi i viss m\u00e5n \u00e4ven vara med och styra produkterna s\u00e5 att de passar v\u00e5ra lyftverktyg. Genom v\u00e5ra kunder har v\u00e5rt kunnande spridit sig och vi arbetar nu \u00e4ven mycket med specialprojekt till utl\u00e4ndska kunder, ber\u00e4ttar Roland Andersson. Bland kunderna finns exempelvis stora svenska industrif\u00f6retag som Volvo Cars, SKF med flera. \u2013 Bilindustrin och dess underleverant\u00f6rer \u00e4r en stor kund till oss. Framf\u00f6rallt Volvo Cars fabrik i Torslanda, motorfabriken i Sk\u00f6vde och karossfabriken i Olofstr\u00f6m har vi n\u00e4ra samarbete med. Kunskapsbank Ett bra exempel \u00e4r ett projekt till Volvo Cars motorfabrik i Sk\u00f6vde d\u00e4r Pritec tagit fram en helhetsl\u00f6sning f\u00f6r att lyfta tunga motorblock innan och efter bearbetning. Produkterna Pritec levererar kan b\u00e5de vara lyftanordningar med vakuumteknik eller annan lyftteknik. \u2013 V\u00e5rt huvudsakliga arbete bygger p\u00e5 att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra arbetsmilj\u00f6n innan produkten g\u00e5r in i produktionslinjen och n\u00e4r den kommit ut. Det kan handla om att lyfta fram pl\u00e5tar till en robot, till en presslinje och s\u00e5 vidare. Eller att lyfta den f\u00e4rdiga produkten som kommer ut och ska packas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00a0Projekten kan best\u00e5 av att bara tillverka ett enkelt lyftverktyg till att ta hand om hela layouten av arbetsstationen. \u00c4ven om varje projekt har sin unika l\u00f6s-ning beh\u00f6ver Pritec inte alltid starta sitt arbe-te fr\u00e5n noll. \u2013 Eftersom vi arbetar med s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga olika projekt bygger vi samtidigt upp en kunskapsbank d\u00e4r det ibland g\u00e5r att \u00e5ter-anv\u00e4nda vissa delar av en tidigare l\u00f6sning.
